I wonder if someone can send me Quentin's email address or mailing address? I used to work at Forestry and Wildlife in Honolulu, and years ago he asked me to update his Mammals book. I wonder if anyone ever did that? At the time, I wasn't ready, bu I am ready now! That book was one of my go-to books when I first arrived in the Islands in 1980. Aloha, Marie

Aloha! I believe I have a connection with Quentin. He was in Egypt on the vector control project in the late 40's as a Navy Officer (MSC?). This was the start (forerunner) of the NAMRU-3 Lab in Cairo where I was Scientific Director from 1991-1994 also as a Navy MSC Officer. I currently have a house near Honokaa that I will be retiring to in June 2011.
