Demonstration for Honoka'a High School students in culinary and agriculture classes. May 29, 2014, given by Chef Olelo pa'a. This demonstration follows one that Chef Olelo pa'a gave to the students earlier in the year. Culinary students help prepare and serve the meal under the Chef's guidance.
